Visit the indigenous Ticuna community of Arara, learn about their traditions and lifestyle followed by exploring the primary rainforest in the company of the best native guides in search of fauna and flora in their natural environment. You will also have the opportunity to sleep inside of the primary jungle, go on a day and night trekking, fishing, and learning how to survive in the Amazon Jungle.
The first day you will visit the Ticuna community of Arara where you will have the opportunity to learn about their customs and traditions such as dances, handicrafts, food and so on; explore some of the surrounding lakes where it is possible to fish and canoe in the traditional way.
The second day you will hike through primary rainforest in the company of Ticuna guides who will teach you some of their jungle survival techniques and wildlife tracking for observation in the natural environment. At the end of the trek, you will arrive at a camp in the middle of the jungle where you can rest, swim in a small river nearby and afterwards take a night walk in search of wildlife and then spend the night sleeping in hammocks in the Ticuna camp.
The last day in the morning, you will take a short exploratory walk around the camp in order to increase your wildlife spotting options. Afterwards you will have lunch and will get ready to start the trek back to Leticia.
